Game Tester https://gametester.gg/
What is it?
This is a tester site which means that you will get paid for testing (in this case it is games).
So how it works?
As a tester, you'll have access to various game tests, and many of them pay generously. Here are some good parts of the site:
Earn a minimum of $3-$4 per test, with some more challenging ones offering up to $15.
When invited to a test, you'll be given a specific game and objectives to complete. It can be anything from completing tutorials, playing for a few hours, or reaching specific levels. Once you're done, you just have to provide your feedback through a convenient text-based review.
There is a level system that rewards dedicated testers. The higher your level, the more tests you'll receive, and your chances of acceptance increase significantly.
In my opinion, the best-paying game testing site and the best since you don't need a microphone or record your gameplay, but you need a high level to get invited to more tests. The invite link also gives you some XP for the start (25 XP).
How do they payout?
Payments start at 25$. You get paid in an XTRM eWallet. XTRM offers virtual visas, bank transfers, and gift cards.
